Location

The site is approximately 1.19 hectares in size. It is currently used as our commercial depot which includes our offices, warehousing, HGV parking and Grade II listed Goods Building. To the north of the site there is a mix of further commercial/employment uses and residential development. To the east there is also residential development, with the Medway Valley railway line forming the southern boundary and further commercial/ employment uses to the west. The site is well connected via established pedestrian footways to nearby public bus stops and Aylesford Train Station. The two bus stops 160m to the south of the site provide school services from to Maidstone. Aylesford train station, also a 160m walk south of the site, provides regular services to Strood, Maidstone West, Paddock Wood and Tonbridge, in which a range of services are available into London and surrounding Kent towns.

Station Road then provides a safe pedestrian, road and cycle routes into the centre of Aylesford village and the wider area which provides access to a range of services including: primary and secondary school, public houses, restaurants, supermarkets, retail outlets and sporting facilities. There are also a number of Public Rights of Ways in close proximity provider access to the wider area.
